NYCTSS® was formed to fill a void in the on-site computer services field. We saw that NYC businesses were in need of expeditious, low cost, on-site computer and networking support. Using our vast resources of highly trained and educated technicians, as well as our 20 years of experience in the field, we are able to provide the highest quality of service imaginable.

Where We Are
We always have a technician near your office, whether you're located on Wall Street, the Village, Harlem, Flatbush, Forest Hills, Midtown, North Bergen, Garden City, the Upper West Side, The Bronx, or Staten Island. Our offices are located in each of the five boroughs of New York City, with our main headquarters in Manhattan.
What We Provide
We do not merely fix your computer or network problems. We ensure that you do not have any problems in the future as well. By being proactive instead of reactive, we ensure that your computers have a higher percentage of up-time and that they run faster and more efficiently.
Every NYCTSS® client has their own file, complete with repair history, computer details, and client information, as well as a personalized email address of yourcompany@nyctss.com, where you can email us anytime.
If new hardware or software needs to be ordered, NYCTSS® can recommend and provide a variety of products and facilitate installation, maintenance and training. All of our technicians are dedicated to servicing our clients and will not leave a client's office until the client is 100 percent satisfied.
We have never come across a problem we were unable to remedy and we guarantee to provide the most efficient and expedient service possible to our clients. In the highly unlikely situation that we cannot fix the problem to your liking, you will not be charged any fees whatsoever for that service call.
